Lifetime WARRANTY Limited
- We would like you to have the best possible repair job. To accomplish this we guarantee the repairs performed by our facilities for workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.
- We provide a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defective workmanship for all metalwork to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs. The shop will, at its sole discretion, repair any metalwork warranted hereby.
- We provide a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all paint work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation. This Lifetime Limited Warranty includes the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals. Defects caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed are excluding from this guarantee.
- Parts or materials used will be of the finest quality obtainable and will be subject to the guarantee of that supplier, which is usually 90 days or 4000 miles. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier’s guarantee. Used parts will not be utilized unless specifically authorized by the consumer or insurance company involved with the repair.
- Any body or paint work covered by this guarantee will be redone at our expense; or, at our option, we may provide a refund or adjustment of the purchase price for that portion of the work in question.
- Rust repairs are not covered by this or any other guarantee.
- Any failure due to lack of maintenance, additional accident, theft, vandalism, damage, or from normal wear and tear, are excluded from this guarantee.
- This document which is non-transferable, is a complete and exclusive statement between customer and repairer, and contains all the representations of the parties. This guarantee shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified. Or interpreted by any prior course of dealing between the parties or by any usage of trade.
- This guarantee will be honored at any Morgan Enterprises Collision Center.
